Serving

You may be able to join us as we serve by teaching English, Korean, or other languages. You would have the opportunity to share your language and to introduce your cultural background and thoughts. At the same time, you would be able to learn more about China, her people, and their culture from the students and to make friends, who would enrich your knowledge and wisdom about the world.

Our community of believers in China cannot witness openly. However, China has guaranteed religious freedom if you keep your beliefs to yourself. You may serve and worship within your community. We do adhere to the scripture Romans 13: 1-6:

We trust each person has his/her own special gifts and we serve each other by being unselfish and giving the gifts that we have. We have been taught that they will know you by your love... and through serving each other we show our love.

The key to being happy and effective during your service in China is unselfishness.
